We bought a new Ford Figo Titanium last week. And when Sahej reached at the service station for the car delivery, he was ecstatic to see the red colored shining new car. He has a similar looking car in his game Burnout 3. And he told me the same.
He was getting very jumpy about getting the new car. After all, it had all the new controls, which he can test and twitch to his satisfaction. But as soon as stepped inside, we flooded him with Do's and Dont's for the new car. He was not supposed to touch anything and so on and so forth.
But boy, he was excited. He now tells us which songs to play and which shabads to bypass.
When we reached home, he came up with another of his quotes.
"Aapko pata hai, yeh car maine aapko le ke di hai. Maine babaji se le ke aapko di hai"
(You know, I have given this car to you)
And who are we to reject this statement. So to encourage him, I asked to present the keys of the new car to Jovita and tell her that its was a present for the Mother's day. You had to see the chest swelling and the look of pride on his face, when he did so.
