So finally Sahej exams are over. They started on last Tuesday and went on till Friday. Today is his last working day in Nursery. Tomorrow will be a party in school and then he is having holidays till next Tuesday. His new session will start from next Wednesday. This Saturday, he is going to get his first full fledged result and after that he is going to demand a gift from everyone present in the house. His new books will also be available from Saturday.
So he has completed one year of regular school. Till now, he has been part of 3 schools, but this is his full one year that he has completed in one school. And he has enjoyed his stay and learnt a lot.
Friday was also the day when Sahej came home with a beating. He was beaten by some senior boy in the bus, and had the marks of the beating he received on his face. When asked, the bus conductor told that Sahej was the one who started the fight. But whatever may be the reason, Sahej got bashed up. Bechara bachha....
Sahej is getting naughty day after day and he gives us his doses of extra smart answers. Last week, when Sahej was eating Chips brought to him by his mother, I asked him to offer the same to his dadu(grand father), instead of offering them the chips, he asked them "kela khaoge"(Will you eat banana?)....Hmmmmm.......
Yesterday I was telling Sahej that now that he is going to Prep in DPS, he is going to be a big boy and from now on he should stop watching cartoons and start watching informative CD's or programs so that he learns English and then he can tell his teacher ki 'aise bolte hai". To this, his response was a cool "English mein aise nahin bolte, bolte hai LIKE THAT" (In English you don't say like this, you say Like That). Now that was a quick one.
Sahej did pretty well in Nursery and his teachers were always saying that he writes fine. Hopefully, he can do better in future classes as well.
