"Why did you took this book"

Hi
As entioned earlier, last week due to Sahej's illness and his missing ou on school, he got a lot of homework. He was able to finish all his latest assignements, but was not able to complete his earlier works of doing 3 and 4 in the maths book. On monday when he went to school, he was asked to do a 8 on the same maths note book. When school finished, instead of returning the book to mad, our Sahej brought the book home. When I asked him about school he told me that they did a 8 in school. In his diary, I was not able to see any reference to his teacher sending the homework, yet there was his maths book in his bag with unfinished 8 page. When I asked him about this, Sahej told me the real story. He thought that because he has not finished his home work, he didnot handed the book to his teacher and instead brought it home. What a thinking....
I mean, he is so young to have duped his teacher by not submitting his note book.
I asked him not to repeat this again. The next day surely his teacher asked him "why did you took the book" and Sahej told her the truth. Thankfully his teacher understood and asked him not to repeat this and let him off without any punishments.
This week on friday, Sahej was to participate in Fancy Dress competion in which he was to enact any add. So we both, Munna n me, thought about the adds he can do. We thought of 3 adds-1) Surf excel add in which a sardar boy runs, falls, sees his dirty clothes, goes to his mother and says 'gande ho gaye, daag achhe hai, surf hai na". 2) Maruti add in which a sardar boys keeps runnign in the house with his small car and when asked about it responds to his father "ki kara, petrol khatam hi nahin hunda". 3) Boomer add in which the boy plays with boomer and says "thoda khao, thoda khelo".
Munna wanted him to do the surf add because she thought that Sahej looked the part. So yesterday, we bought him a small surf bar and got him to remeber the lines and prepare for it. Its so difficult to ask childrens to practice because they think that they will be able to do the act without practice. It took us 2 chocolates and a bag of chitos to finally persuade him to practice. And to tell the truth, he managed to act good.
Today, we wore him his white kurta pazama and reminded him of his lines. he went to school where he was to act. Now I am told that the competetion never happened. Anyways, he did practiced and is ready to act as and when the time comes.
Ciao
